We create your workspace with your business name, lead sources and team, then email you an invitation.

Sign in with a one-time code
Open the invitation and enter the six-digit code we email you. There is no password and nothing to install.

How do I get an account?
Usezu is invite-only. Workspaces are created for you and you receive an invitation by email. If you think you should have one and cannot find it, email [email protected].
Is there a mobile app?
Usezu runs in any modern browser on your computer, tablet or phone. On your phone, add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with notifications for new messages and calls.
Do I have to connect Google Calendar?
No, it is optional. Connect it if you want booked appointments on your own calendar and your busy times respected when people book with you.
What does Usezu do with my Google data?
It reads free/busy times to show open slots and creates or updates the appointments it booked on your calendar. It does not read the details of your other events, and Google data is never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my data?
Only the people invited to your workspace, with the role you give them. Usezu never shares data between workspaces.
How do I disconnect an integration or delete my data?
Disconnect any integration from your settings and its stored access is deleted right away. To delete your workspace, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
